Who is LTP Strategy?

LTP Strategy Consulting was founded in 2019 with a mission to help organizations and their people create and implement effective strategic plans. We achieve this through facilitating strategic planning sessions, leading corporate training, and providing executive coaching and expert advice to senior leadership.

David White

CEO & Senior Facilitator

David is a senior business strategist and operator with over 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, streamline operations, and scale with discipline and clarity. He works closely with founders, executives, and ownership teams to identify structural gaps, surface hidden risks, and implement systems that support sustainable growth.

A United States Army Iraq veteran, David brings a leadership style rooted in accountability, integrity, and execution. His military background shaped his ability to operate under pressure, lead decisively, and build trust in complex environments. Those principles continue to guide his work in business today.
David holds an MBA, which complements his natural strengths in organization, structure, and strategic thinking. His experience spans the corporate world and private consulting, where he has consistently helped companies grow revenue, improve operational performance, and develop stronger leadership at every level of the organization.
What sets David apart is his ability to engage across the entire business. He mentors and develops individuals from the production floor to the executive and C-suite level, aligning teams around clear expectations, ownership, and measurable outcomes. His approach is hands-on, direct, and focused on long-term impact rather than short-term fixes.

David believes strong businesses are built when people, process, and leadership are aligned. He values hard work, personal responsibility, and a healthy work-life balance, and he brings those same principles into the organizations he supports. Clients work with David not only for his experience, but for his ability to see what others miss and guide teams forward with clarity and confidence.
