David White
David is a senior business strategist and operator with over 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, streamline operations, and scale with discipline and clarity. He works closely with founders, executives, and ownership teams to identify structural gaps, surface hidden risks, and implement systems that support sustainable growth.
David believes strong businesses are built when people, process, and leadership are aligned. He values hard work, personal responsibility, and a healthy work-life balance, and he brings those same principles into the organizations he supports. Clients work with David not only for his experience, but for his ability to see what others miss and guide teams forward with clarity and confidence.
